Our Panda Head started as a spark of inspiration, on this occasion as a sketch. This idea develops until our team finalises the original design.
Our skilled paper engineer then creates initial hand-cut models to test different features and to make sure the look is correct. This process refines the design until it functions perfectly. A digital flat copy is then created for factory production
The factory produces a white model for final testing and adjustments. Our design team adds colours, creates engaging artwork, and develops easy to follow instructions. The colours and artwork help to give the panda character. After careful review of the first printed samples, we make final modifications before full-scale production.
It’s amazing to think that from a simple sketch, our panda could come to life!
